P&M implements numerical models for acoustic, fluid dynamics and thermal studies using either cutting-edge computer codes as C.F.D. (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and BEM (Boundary Element Method) or open-source codes in collaboration with Research Centers and Universities. In this way, P&M firm ensures a full support to analyze critical issues such as:

To ensure the matching between the numerical results and the actual working conditions, P&M realizes campaigns of experimental tests aimed at defining the operating conditions or the verification of data obtained by software.

This is achieved, among others, with speed, pressure, temperature or heat flux sensors, thanks to which it is also possible the characterization of the real substance behavior.

Therefore, beside standard physical and chemical properties, it is possible to include real curves of materials behavior, both for fluids and solids, characterized through experimental tests.
